These small bardo paintings were created during a time of waiting. They were (and still are) very different from my usual painting … Possibly they functioned a bit like a “palate cleanser,” while I tried to discern the next direction for my work.

I still find them curious: sort of like notes-to-self, about holding space for the unknown.
